Darrell's biography is too storied to describe here but the highlights include writing huge country hits for Travis Tritt and The Dixie Chicks, playing in Robert Plant's Band of Joy, and writing with the likes of Verlon Thompson and Guy Clark. He has lived an extraordinary creative life.
